• All properties are non-smoking and no pets!!!
• No more than two (2) persons per bedroom allowed.
• Check-in time 4:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
• Fireplaces are inoperable in warm season months.
• 2 night minimum generally applies. 3 night minimum on holidays.
• Minimum $275 advance deposit required at reservation with balance due upon arrival.
• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Maximum of 12 people at The Galena Lake House
• Maximum of 4 people at The Cottage on Lake Galena
• Maximum of 4 people at River's Look
• No children allowed at The Cottage on Lake Galena or River's Look.
• Reservations; We will hold dates with a verbal or e-mailed commitment. We will then e-mail a confirmation. We then ask that you mail the required deposit in the form of a personal check per instructions in your confirmation. Upon receiving deposit, we will e-mail acknowledgment of its receipt. (If you book on very short notice, we will forgo the deposit, with full payment due upon arrival.)
